NPX Paging Station
Biamp Systems

I was tasked with designing Biamp’s next generation of commercial paging stations. The device had to be installable on both a wall and a tabletop.
To accomplish this, there is a “foot” in the rear, removeable by the installer. The device is shaped such that it faces the user at an optimal angle when sitting on a table, but can also be mounted flush on a wall when the foot is absent.
The materials and generous corner rounds correlate with existing Biamp products, communicating professionality and ruggedness. This is balanced by the void underneath and “waterfall” on the top edge, which invoke friendliness and invite the user to engage.
